"Perform low weight high speed high rep exercises."

"If you are weight training for a particular sport, then there is much evidence to support doing weights in a similar fashion to how you use it in the sport."

Table tennis blades and rubbers too expensive?

Hello community,

a few days ago I found an online-shop for tt-equipment called "tischtennis-discount" (www.ttdd.de; german language). I needed a second bat if the first one breaks.

I payed comletely Euro 32,- for a Allround Offensiv blade and Friendship + Jap-Tec Rubbers. What should I say? After a few minutes training I had a brilliant feeling with it. I had now problems to play with it like with my usual bat (Donic blade, Butterfly Sriver rubbers, about Euro 90,-). Powerfull… Continue
